Strategy 6 includes six titles previously available as standalone games for the Mac platform, all originally developed and distributed by Paradox Interactive. The games included in the pack are Europa Universalis II, Crusader Kings, Victoria, Victoria Revolutions, Hearts of Iron 2, and Doomsday.
All of them are strategy games based on different eras in European history. Europa Universalis II puts you at the controls of a world war scenario between 1419 and 1820, while in Crusader Kings you must build a kingdom within the framework of the turmoil produced in medieval Europe, from 1066 to 1453. Victoria and Victoria Revolutions are set in the 19th and 20th centuries (Revolutions is an expansion pack of the original game), and Hearts of Iron 2 and Doomsday are set in World War II (Like Revolutions, Doomsday is an expansion of the original game.)
All six games have been updated as Universal binaries to run natively on Intel-based Macs. The system requirements are Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later, G3 / 500 MHz or faster, and 256 MB of RAM.
