SOHO Labels & Envelopes 2.0 launches interface

SOHO Labels & Envelopes allows you to design and print labels, envelopes, headers, etc. Includes hundreds of photos, objects, and vector clip-art images, 50 Bitstream fonts, pre-designed sets of labels and envelopes, and more. It is compatible with more than 1,500 label formats including those produced by Avery, PaperDirect, Dymo, APLI, Formtec and other manufacturers. This application can be used to print disc labels, audio and video tape labels or barcodes for inventories among other applications.

The new version offers a completely redesigned user interface that makes the program easier to use. The Smart Inspector palette is a context-sensitive tool that displays the necessary tools and is positioned close to the work in progress. The Project Wizard feature allows you to view the type of project you want to create, while the Favorites Bin feature allows you to store and reuse your graphics and drawings. The Text Bin feature recycles text styles for titles, headers, and titles among others.

New design tools have also been included such as object grouping, unlimited layers, the “super-masks” feature that allows you to adjust control over the way the mask is applied to an image, more than 30 special effects, tools photographic adjustment and cropping, cropping zoom, grid overlay, locking and unlocking objects, and perspective tool among other options.

The system requirements are Mac OS X 10.4 or later, 40 MB of hard disk space (1.2 GB for all clip art installation), DVD-ROM drive, and an optional inkjet or laser printer. The software is Universal binary, and the license price is $ 39.99, with an upgrade price of $ 19.99 for users of previous versions.
