Like its predecessor, Luxor 2 lets you traverse various ancient Egyptian landscapes as you match three or more spheres of the same color on your journey through mazes full of twists and turns. You must use the spheres of your winged beetle to destroy the spheres that advance through the maze before they reach the end of the maze.
Besides incorporating 88 new levels, Luxor 2 also incorporates other improvements such as new weapons, including Color Cloud, Net, Dagger and Lighting Storm. 80 new stats have also been added, as well as bonus screens at the end of each stage. A new ranking system has been added, as well as two new game modes: Survival and Practice.
The system requirements are a G4 700 MHz or higher (including Intel equipment), 128 MB of RAM, 25 MB of hard disk space, Mac OS X 10.3.9 to 10.4.8, and 16 or 32-bit video with a 32MB minimum of VRAM.
The price for a new license is $ 19.95 and a demo version is available.
