The new iPod shuffle completely disassembled

On the iFixit site they have highlighted that opening the iPod shuffle is quite complicated, since the clip is tightly embedded and glued to the main chassis of the player and that the size of said chassis is very high compared to the internal circuitry of the iPod.

Another curiosity that can be seen after the cutting is: the cable that holds the controls on the main board of the player is 0.3175 cm wide and is attached to the aluminum chassis with a tiny screw.

As far as the battery is concerned, it is soldered to the plate and is made of Lithium Ions (3.7 Volts) and with a capacity of 0.19 Whr (up to 15 hours of autonomy).
