Apple recently modified the App Store policies to make the application validation process more flexible, so this measure has favored many of the tools that Apple had not initially authorized by Apple.
Rumors indicate that at the moment Google Voice for iOS will only be available to US users, but it is expected that its availability will be extended shortly after.
