Apparently, Apple is finalizing an application for iPod and iPod touch that would facilitate the process of requesting one of these appointments with the “geniuses of Apple” in each of the stores that the company has worldwide.
With it, the process of obtaining an appointment would be streamlined and the waiting problems encountered by users in some of these Apple Stores would be solved.
The most common requests for help – repair data, hardware and application help requests, as well as pre-purchase information – would be greatly simplified.
According to multiple websites, the application would allow to schedule appointments, both a chat with the “Genie” and a “One-To-One” meeting, as well as define the desired Apple Store for help. At the moment it is not available, but it is possible that it will soon.
