Acer continues to bombard us with cool new gadgets. On this occasion, it does so with two attractive terminals, the Liquid Leap, its first wearable, and the Liquid Jade, its thinnest smartphone, which will be available in Iberian territory from the end of October -from 99 euros- and 7 of September -from 229 euros- respectively.
Company sources reported that both devices – presented at Computex Taipei, last June – will be exhibited at IFA 2014, in Berlin (hall 12, stand 101), from September 5 to 10. They also pointed out that before this, the Acer Global Press Conference will be held on Wednesday 3- to give continuity to the presentation of new brand products.

Acer Liquid Leap
As indicated at the beginning, it is the first Acer wearable that has been equipped with a modern, minimalist and buttonless design, on a resistant rubber strap – hypoallergenic – and a 1-inch touch screen. It has Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity and a variety of colors -: lunar white, mineral black, aquamarine green, bubblegum pink and bright orange-
For both men and women, this gadget is capable of monitoring running distance, calories burned and hours of sleep. In addition, it is waterproof (IPX7), has a musical function -play, stop or switch from one song to another remotely- incorporates call, SMS and email notifications, sends meeting reminders and other calendar events.
A very interesting plus is the autonomy of this terminal: Its battery lasts up to 7 days.

It is worth repeating that it is Acer’s thinnest smartphone, with an elegant and ergonomic finish – 7.5 mm thick and 110g weight – equipped with a 13 MP camera and 5 ” HD screen with IPS technologies, Gorilla® Glass 3 and Zero Air Gap.
In this mobile that runs Android 4.4, Acer opted to dazzle the user with visible luxury details, such as exclusive curved lines, a “carefully polished” transparent ring that surrounds the microphone and speaker, high-gloss ultra-violet paint on its backside and artistic approach in all aspects of its design.
“Not in vain – the Acer Liquid Jade – has been conceived so that the most expressive users show their lifestyle and personality,” they pointed out from the company.
