Technology companies in Spain are increasingly betting on the training of young talents, such is the case of Huawei, which with the support of the University-Business Foundation, has opened the period for submitting applications to participate in the Huawei’s First Job Program ‘Breakthrough to ICT Engineering’, through which the ten best Telecommunications profiles that participate in this call will be incorporated into the multinational with an indefinite contract.
Those interested in being part of Huawei’s first job program must be students who finish the Telecommunications Engineering degree in June or who finished it last summer. Boosting Talent with Huawei’s First Job Program
The Huawei’s first job program was created in order to attract and develop the best young talent, ‘Breakthrough to ICT Engineering’s focuses on technical profiles that will have a career plan within the company’s Carrier business unit.
This project of Huawei’s first job program is part of the company’s strategy for attracting and developing young talent in Spain, ‘Choices and Steps’, an initiative whose objective is to promote the skills of young people who demonstrate an attitude and effort differentials in order to become a talent pool for the company.
Throughout the school year, Huawei Spain will announce 40 internships for university students in the absence of the TFG and recent graduates in Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Technologies, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Telecommunication Systems, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management Commercial, Master in Telecommunications Engineering and Master in Marketing.
The qualities necessary to qualify for internships and Huawei’s first job program They are passion for technology, flexibility, ability to work in a team, communication skills and a B2 level of English.
