Google doesn't release a cheap variant of the Pixel 3 throw two.

According to documents from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Google will launch the Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 XL Lite, and there will be different versions of these models. The Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 XL Lite will be cheaper versions of existing phones without the Lite suffix.

The Pixel 3 Lite would have three versions G020B, G020CyG020D and the same number G020F, G020GyG020H for the Pixel 3 XL Lite. The variants for each of these models could be related to colors or different storage capacities. The 9to5Google site located these records.

The FCC would have a confidentiality contract with Google until August, says 9to5Google, so Google will launch them sometime between February and August. Google is used to launching new Pixel phones in October, so without a doubt these phones will arrive before the Pixel 4.

There's been a lot of talk about "affordable" versions of the Pixel 3, but Google hasn't said a thing. Google is reportedly thinking of these phones as a way to popularize its lauded rear camera, which some critics rate as the best ever. smartphone despite having a single lens (versus rivals with four or more).
