Avenir Telecom, the manufacturer of Energizer phones, presented the Power Max P8100S during MWC 2019 in Barcelona, joining the fair's folding cell phone party, one of the most important trends this year.
This cell phone takes the design concept of the Galaxy Fold, by integrating an internal 8.1-inch screen, and on the outside it has a 6-inch screen. This means that it has a better screen-to-body relationship than Samsung's cell phone because it doesn't have large bezels. However, the cell phone looks a bit cheaper and when it is unfolded, the backside seems to be simply two cell phones attached.
Likewise, the company did not have a unit working to display, but only exhibited a model of this device. Even, they only showed the cell phone on the outside, not internal.
As for specifications, the Energizer P8100S integrates a processoro MediaTek Helio, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage and just like the Huawei Mate X will be compatible with 5G.
In the back you find two cameras, one of 48 megapixels and another of 12 megapixels.
The company announced that this cell phone will have an initial price of 899 euros, about US $ 1,023. The version with Snapdragon 855 processor will have an initial price of 1,600 euros, about US $ 1,820.
