HTC present a basic range tablet before summer

Since the presentation of the Nexus 9 has been talking about the plans of HTC to launch new tablets and it seemed pretty clear that, at least to start, he had opted for the high-end. The latest news, however, suggests that they may have finally decided to test the field also in the sector of low-cost tablets and that, in fact, they could present one of these characteristics very soon.

Does HTC work on two different tablets?

If the last news we had had until today on the new HTC tablet he had already left us somewhat confused (because of the strange combination of technical specifications suggested by the filtration and that included a Quad HD screen, a Allwinner processor and a camera of 16 MP), the one that comes to us now does not contribute precisely to clear doubts, since so far it seemed that the only thing we knew for sure is that it would be a tablet high-end, similar in design to the Nexus 9. and now reference is made to a device that would not even respond to this minimal description. We would be tempted even to not pay too much attention to this new information if it weren't because they come from @upleaks, which has shown in recent months to know a lot about what is happening in HTC.

The truth is, however, that it cannot be said that this new information contradicts the previous ones, since it merely states that HTC has a new tablet in the oven (which could be called H7), which will see the light in this second quarter and that will be of basic range . As you can see, it is therefore not possible to rule out that it presents itself with that other model inspired by the Nexus 9. Nor do we know what exactly basic range means, since there is no concrete detail about its Technical specifications. On the bright side, if this leak goes in the right direction (and those of @upleaks, as we have said, they usually do), surely we will not have to wait too long to discover new data. We'll be alert.
