WhatsApp, is undoubtedly the most used messenger service in the world. Now, despite being available on multiple platforms, WhatsApp prepares a redesign for iPhone.
Gradually WhatsApp is becoming an increasingly complete messaging service. Only a few days ago we saw that the long-awaited dark mode could already be tested on iPhone.
Now, WaBetainfo, the main source of WhatsApp leaks, has revealed through the social network Twitter that the service will be preparing a redesign for iPhone. Some users are already enjoying this redesign because they are in the WhatsApp beta program.
The version in which this redesign is shown is the 2.20.90, and for the moment, It is only available for a small part of users included in the app's beta program. This redesign whose main novelty is in quick access will allow a better integration of 3D Touch in WhatsApp.
The 3D Touch is a technology which integrates the iPhone screen, from the iPhones 6S onwards which detects the amount of pressure we perform on the screen, unlike in most Android devices which work by pressing time. These are two different ways to access the fast access, available in both operating systems.
Many users have commented that this change It is really similar to what Telegram has been integrating for some time as is the opening of a series of options when clicking on a message.
The source has clarified that, for the moment, this redesign is not planned to reach Android since it will not make much sense by not integrating most of the terminals a technology that detects the different pressure levels.
