Jaipur More than 5,900 passengers from 41 flights have been examined to detect the new coronavirus at Jaipur International Airport and so far, no positive case has been reported in Rajastn, officials said Wednesday.
Blood samples have been taken from 44 suspects for examination to date, of which 26 have been negative and the reports of the remaining 18 suspects have not been received, said additional chief secretary Rohit Kumar Singh. A total of 5,927 passengers from 41 flights have been examined for symptoms of the virus, he said.
Singh held a review meeting at the Jaipur SMS Hospital and ordered officials to keep watch and make sure they have extensive facilities in the isolation room to handle any emergency.
