The agreement between NBC and Sanpchat is not new for this type of instances, since in 2016 they made their first association for the Olympic Games in Ro de Janeiro and in 2018 they were in the winter Olympics of PyeongChang in North Korea.
Among the contents committed by the social network are: Four original daily shows that will include summaries, almost real-time coverage, cultural pieces and profiles of Team USA.
Gary Zenkel, president of the NBC network and his Olympic Games section, referred to this renewed alliance.

Snapchat ensures that its content reaches 75% of all young people aged 13 to 34, so NBC will have valuable information to segment ads and sell the advertising cake.
