SIM card not valid with Vodafone, Movistar, Orange or other operators

This message may appear due to problems with the operator. It may be because the SIM card is still not active, or even the operator has not yet connected the mobile line. To do this, contact your operator’s customer service and check that your line or your SIM card is already activated. If you are using an eSIM, you may have to call your operator to tell them the number of the digital card and activate the line.

This creates a conflict in the system that makes the SIM card not recognized on the iPhone. To check if the network settings match those of your operator, go to Settings> information. See the network and operator information. If you are from Vodafone you will have to put ‘Vodafone ES’. If you have an OMV, such as O2, Movistar is likely to appear. In any case, you also have to check for operator updates available. These appear in the System Settings, in the information section. If there is no type of notice, you have no updates available.
