Samsung prepares to launch thein August and with a peculiar characteristic: it will not have buttons.
According to the Asian media ET News, the Note 10 will launch in the second half of the year and lose all its buttons, including those of volume and even the button to invoke Bixby, the South Korean virtual assistant.
The media reports that the interaction with the Note 10 will be only based on gestures, but does not mention that they will only be gestures on the screen or also on the sides of the cell phone, similar to some HTC and Google Pixel phones.
ET News adds that Samsung chose to test this technology in the mid-range Galaxy A series before launching it on the Note 10. Samsung has already done this type of testing before, such as the hole in the screen on a Galaxy A before one of its high-end , as with the double lens camera.
The ET News report coincides with another rumor that Samsung discarded another beloved feature on its cell phones: the headphone port. Samsung, finally, will eliminate this port in Note 10 that other manufacturers such as Apple or Huawei have rejected for generations.
Samsung has not announced anything about the Galaxy Note 10, as the firm is still in the first weeks of selling its latest high-end, the Galaxy S10
(in its three variants). In addition, the South Korean firm also has the launch of the , its first folding phone that will arrive in April.
