We thought that at least until the IFA at the end of this month we would not have any relevant presentation, given that in August normally these types of events are less numerous, but we were wrong.
The official Nokia Twitter account has announced that on August 21 it will present one of its most anticipated mobiles.
Speculation about it has skyrocketed and some think it could be the very rumored Nokia 9 and others bet rather on a mid-range, such as Nokia 6.1 Plus.
An image that says more than it seems
In the tweet of the event announcement, the company has posted an image that shows the outline of a new device, which will be announced that day.
If we look at the image we can only deduce that it will be an elongated screen terminal, with rounded corners and it seems to be large. It also stands out that it is the most anticipated mobile. We understand that of this company.
But if we clarify the image we will see some more detail, as you can see.
It seems that this mobile will have very thin side and upper frames, and only in the lower area will it have a larger chin.
It also attracts attention that there won't be a notch, or at least not a very large one since the image does not show the clipping. Yes, it is true that in the central part there is a shadow that may indicate the presence of a notch like that of the OPPO R17, but the company could also choose to put the camera in the lower frame or to make it motorized, as in the I live Nex.
Next Tuesday, August 21, we will tell you how this new smartphone is, if it is the Nokia 9 or if it is another model, and if we have been successful in terms of design.
We will also leave doubts about whether Nokia finally opts for the on-screen fingerprint sensor for the Nokia 9.
