Acer Swift 7 and Spin 7, the new 2 in 1 of the firm, on video

From our point of view, Acer It has been one of the great attractions of IFA 2016. The Taiwanese firm has focused its work more intensely in the area of design, creating two of the finest terminals that can be seen today in the market: Acer Swift 7 and Spin 7. Both are high-end devices that seek to enhance portability and feel premium. They are not available to all budgets, but they are still accessible if we compare them with other firms.
The fact that Acer has accustomed us to equipment cheap, with somewhat rougher finishes perhaps than other companies, but very powerful hardware (such as Aspire laptops E15 and R11 which we tried a few weeks ago in TabletZona), does not mean that the firm is not able to create authentic premium machines, and this has been shown in the past IFA in Berlin. The Swift and Spin lines exhibit a very fine and extremely powerful development in their more variants sophisticated.

Acer Swift 7: the true jewel in the crown
According to Acer, its new Swift 7 is the finest convertible on the market, staying below the centimeter in the sum of the screen and keyboard. This element makes, on the other hand, that the equipment does not walk too many assortments of ports: only two USB Type C and a 3.5 mm jack. Nor can we have everything. Thus, we are facing a device designed for mobility and portability, that is, heavy duty in a lightweight format.
Its price stays close to $ 1,300 with a seventh generation Intel Core i7 processor. We also understand that Acer's effort has been titanic to get put such a powerful chip in such a thin body and, personally, I am very interested to see how efficient the temperature management in the device is.
Acer Spin 7: a less versatile approach
The big difference between the Spin and Swift line is that the first does not have a touch screen and, as is logical, its screen and keyboard cannot rotate. This development is thus a notebook pure, smaller and even lighter than Swift 7, also somewhat less powerful (Intel Core i5), although with the same ports as its older brother. The terminal, however, has a price of 1,000 euros, also being somewhat cheaper, and extreme mobile factor.
