The Redmi K30 will have a new high resolution camera sensor

Recently it was officially revealed that the future Redmi K30 will be launched on December 10 in China. The company has even shared some of the related key details with the phone from days before.
Now, Lu Weibing, General Manager of the Redmi brand, has revealed a new integrated feature. He said the phone will come with the “world's first high resolution image sensor". On the matter, he said that more details will be revealed on the day of the launch event.
New camera sensor in the Redmi K30 series
Although it has not revealed much about this, the information that has been leaking over the past few days indicates that the Redmi K30 you can count on the new image sensor from Sony, the IMX686. The sensor is yet to appear, but it is said to offer a 60 megapixel resolution. To be sure, we will have to wait for the official launch event on December 10.
It has already been confirmed that the future Redmi K30 will come with 5G dual mode support, which includes the modes of SA and NSA connectivity. This makes it the first 5G compatible dual mode phone that comes from the company.

Apart from these features, nothing has been officially revealed related to the specifications of the Redmi K30. However, leaks indicate that the phone has a 6.66 inch screen with resolution Full HD + 1080 x 2400 pixels. It is also expected to come with a Classic fingerprint sensor mounted on one side.
Under the cap, the device can work with the new Qualcomm 7xx series processor with support for 5G dual mode, along with the graphics processor Adreno 618. This is the same GPU that the company has used in Snapdragon 730 and Snapdragon 730G. It is said that the chosen one for the 5G version be the future Qualcomm Snapdragon 735. Meanwhile the 4G version will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G.
An image of the recently leaked phone reveals that the phone's screen will have support for an update frequency of 120Hz. This resulted in something totally unexpected for a premium mid-range phone. The company seems to go one step further by adopting 120Hz instead of 90Hz. However, we will have to wait to see if it is not reserved for the Redmi K30 Pro model.
