Samsung is in a tricky moment. Objectively, he designs some of the best mobile phones on the market, we saw it with the Note 9 and shortly before as the S9.
The problem is that its rivals manage to cope either with more innovative devices or with lower prices.
As after launching the Samsung Galaxy S5, the Korean company needs a blow of effect, a design change that attracts the eye again. And that is what it seems they will do with the Samsung Galaxy S10.
Samsung CEO confirms that the S10 will be different
DJ Koh, CEO of Samsung's mobile division, has confirmed that the design changes of the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be very significant. That is to say, we will not see a slight change again as we have seen in the passage from S8 to S9.
But before flying the bells we must make it clear, as DJ Koh himself has said, that The Galaxy S10 will not be the expected mobile folding screen of the company. This is logical, since that step is very risky and the technology you will use will make it a rather expensive smartphone.
Another novelty of this iteration will be in the colors. There will be new ones available (including one similar to the green of the Samsung Galaxy S6 that both liked in the MWC of that year) and perhaps some gradients, something that Huawei has become very fashionable since it launched the Huawei P20 Pro.
Everything points to a borderless design
The advance in the design of the S10 makes us think of a device similar to OPPO Find X, Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 or Honor Magic 2.
This would fit with some filtered images a few hours ago in which the supposed Samsung Galaxy S10 would be seen with a small notch in the form of a drop of water that would appear leaving the camera in sight when needed and then hiding it, something that seems incredible but that is really just a montage.
If you look at the animation, the camera is not in the same position in both frames.
