Servers in the cloud, Watson and blockchain: a visit to IBM labs

These new technologies, explained as a possible fourth industrial revolution, have to go hand in hand with understanding and adaptation to progress. 81% of companies do not know how to organize their data to adopt artificial intelligence, and without this organization the AI ​​does not have the necessary results. Artificial Intelligence, like the Watson system, is not an entity that understands without context, but works to help humans and quickly do tasks that will take a long time to do in a traditional way, but without training and organization it cannot work. If companies invest in this organization, and it is applied, it is a service that will generate 16 trillion dollars in the next decade.

The cloud and artificial intelligence are already everyday things

Already today we can see cases throughout Latin America where the cloud and artificial intelligence are implemented. Science Med, in Mexico, uses Watson and the cloud to treat mental illnesses. They trained the system with their doctors so they could quickly analyze the files and detect cases of Alzheimer's using the Watson explorer service inside the cloud.

In Brazil, the ELaw company uses
machine learning and Watson to learn from the laws and help lawyers and clients to interpret legal issues and content. In Chile, Toms Alvarez, a karting racer, has his car full of sensors to measure the performance of the car and the connection with the pilot through the services of IOT (Internet of Things).

Ways of adaptable work
