After a long time waiting WhatsApp has decided to make it easy and simple to install your service on an Android tablet. Until now we had to resort to alternative methods but the application is now available as normal in the Google Play Store.
WhatsApp for tablets comes to the Play Store
In the last update of the WhatsApp application we have encountered some news such as the one that allows us to review what we send to multiple people before doing so, as we told you recently.
But in addition to that function has come another quite expected, which allows install the application from the Play Store on a tablet. Until now, if we entered the Google store and searched for WhatsApp, this application was not available for our devices, but now the following image will appear.
When installing the application we must configure it with a phone number, which may or may not be on the tablet. That is, we can use it on any device even if it does not have SIM, as long as we associate a phone number. That is why we cannot have the service open on the tablet and mobile at the same time, as if we can do with others like Telegram or Facebook Messenger.
Once configured we will have the same interface as in the mobile, only in a much larger screen.
Of course, in order to use this function we must have enrolled in the WhatsApp beta program in the Play Store since at the moment the stable version does not have this feature. If we do not want to register for this program for some reason, we can use one of the two methods that Pedro Moya told us a few weeks ago in a very detailed video that we leave below.
If you need the WhatsApp APK you can download it from its section in APKmirror.
