New Features in the iWork Suite Apps for iPad

With the departure of new iPad On March 7, the quintessential suite for editing your documents on the Apple tablet has included substantial improvements, especially related to the new Retina Display of high resolution. Let's see what these changes are for iWork on iOS.

What's new in version 1.6 of Pages

  • Enter text easily using the iPhone's horizontal keyboard and iPod touch.
  • Create and review amazing bar charts, lines, areas and 3D circles.
  • Pages 1.6 has been improved to benefit from the Retina display of the new iPad.
  • It includes performance improvements.

What's new in version 1.6 of Keynote

  • Create and view amazing bar charts, lines, area and 3D circles.
  • Bring your graphics to life with 3D animations such as Crane, Grow, Radial, Rotate, Rotate & Grow and Z Axis.
  • Keynote 1.6 has been improved to benefit from the Retina display of the new iPad.
  • Use new animations and transitions, such as Iris, Shimmer, Wipe, Flame, Perspective, Swing, Object Push, Object Zoom and Fade Through Color.
  • It includes performance improvements.

What's new in version 1.6 of Numbers

  • Create and review amazing bar graphs, lines, areas and 3D circles.
  • Numbers 1.6 has been improved to benefit from the Retina display of the new iPad.
  • It includes performance improvements.

Remember that, as announced in the App Store, these updates are subject to you install on your device the new version of iOS, specifically 5.1. With these changes, the iWork iPad suite is closer to becoming the perfect tool to edit your documents on the tablet.
