The final update of iOS 11 has just arrived on iOS devices and I hope you're excited. It is one of the biggest updates that has come to iOS in a couple of recent years. If you are someone who did not join the iOS 11 beta program, a surprise awaits you. The iOS 11 update is especially huge for all iPad users, since changing their iPads from a simple media consumption device to something that can really help them do things. However, not everything is here. Each update brings some changes that you would not like personally. For me, the new notification panel (or the cover) just doesn't work. I dare to say that this is my most hated change in iOS 11.

There are also some other minor inconveniences here and there. For example, there is no way to change the automatic brightness from the screen settings. Personally I always keep the automatic brightness off on all my devices. Therefore, I was quite nervous to see that I could not turn off the automatic brightness of the screen settings. If you are also struggling with the same thing, this is how you can turn off automatic brightness in iOS 11:

iOS 11 brings a lot of new features to Apple's mobile devices, however, it also eliminates a couple of them. For example, the 3D touch to open the task manager is gone. Although, according to senior vice president of Apple Software Engineer, Craig Federighi, the feature has been removed due to some technical limitations and is scheduled to reappear in a future update of iOS 11, I really hate to see that happen with one of My favorite features.

Fortunately, nothing of this kind has happened with automatic brightness settings. It has simply moved to another place, which makes it difficult to discover. I do not know the reasoning behind Apple's decision to relocate the automatic brightness lever, however, I am glad that it was not completely removed. That said, let's see how we can turn off automatic brightness on iOS 11. Don't worry, it's not that hard if you know what you're doing. Just take a few more steps than usual.

1. Open the "Settings" menu and then touch "General" .

2. Here, tap on "Accessibility" and then scroll down to find "Show accommodations" and then touch it.

3. Now, find the "Automatic brightness" switch and turn it off . If you want to activate automatic brightness alternation in the future, this is where to return.

As you can see, this was a fairly easy process, however, I have seen many people fighting with him. Before going, there is a cheat sheet that I would like to share with you. If you cannot find any settings in the Settings menu, simply look for it in the search bar at the top. Quick options will even show you the path of the configuration you are looking for. This is one of the fastest ways to find any configuration on your iOS device. I really love iOS 11 and if it wasn't for these little inconveniences, this would have been my favorite mobile operating system of all time. But it's just me, let me know your thoughts on the subject in the comments section below.
