As Android Police reports, when users point to their new phone on the back of the Pixel 4 box, they receive an ad for the Google Instagram account.
According to Android Police, touching any of the photos shown in the AR slide show will take you to the Google Pixel Instagram account.
It is not the only use of Google Lens or AR. Lens had scheduled updates to help confused restaurant visitors determine what other people like to eat.
It also allowed him to point his phone at a food receipt and have him calculate the tip, an invention that shames the calculator.
