IOS13 bring dark mode update for iPhone

Dark mode, on almost every device you own, you will really like the next version of iOS.

iOS 13

The iOS update planned for this year will finally add a dark mode throughout the system, according to a new 9to5Mac report.

According to the 9to5Mac sources, the update will be sent in a dark mode that you can control in the main configuration application.

As reported, similar to the dark mode in macOS, the iOS version will enable a darker theme throughout the phone. (Although it is likely that individual application developers still need to be compatible with the function).

On the agenda for iOS 13

In the new multitasking features for iPad, an improved mail application and a new "undo" gesture.

The new features of the iPad promise a more flexible way to use multiple applications at once. Instead of simply multitasking on a split screen, the update would allow each application to run in multiple smaller windows.

"Each window can also contain sheets that are initially attached to a part of the screen, but can be separated with a drag gesture, becoming a freely movable card", according to 9to5.

Talking about gestures

IOS 13 will introduce a new gesture to "undo" actions that will include a three-finger gesture that sounds quite complicated. (Although the current “shake to undo” that iOS has used for years is also completely intuitive.)

The Mail application is also configured to obtain some changes in the way emails are organized, since the application can categorize messages similar to Gmail and Inbox (RIP).

Finally

A small but significant change: Apple will change the on-screen graphic that appears when you change the volume of your iPhone.

Presumably, the user interface, which has been criticized for so long that it has become its own meme, will not interfere with the entire screen just because you want to adjust the volume setting.

Of course

These changes are all rumors for now. Nothing is certain until WWDC, Apple's annual event in June, where new iOS and macOS updates are shown. Until then, we will have to obsess with the dark black mode of Twitter while we wait for more leaks.
