A few days ago we talked about the filtration of new models Samsung of the Alpha family, these were the Samsung Galaxy A3, A5 and A7, which also talked about their possible specifications. Today, and thanks to the filtration of the results of the benchmarkGfxbench, we know what the specifications of one of these terminals, the Samsung Galaxy A5.
According to the filtering of a few days ago, this new terminal will reach the market with a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, but according to the results of this test, the terminal will arrive with an evolution of this processor, with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, one of the new processors of 64-bit architecture qualcomm. This processor will be accompanied by the Adreno 306 GPU. If these specifications are met, this will be the first terminal of the South Korean firm to introduce a chip of these characteristics, but we will have to wait for the rest of the Samsung Galaxy AX range in case they follow the steps of this Samsung Galaxy A5.
The rest of the specifications will be completed with a RAM of 2 GB, one 16 GB internal memory, a front and rear cameras of 4?7 and 12 megapixels respectively (this second being able to record FullHd). Have a 4.8-inch screen with 720p resolution (1280 × 720 pixels) and It will have 4G LTE connection and its operating system version will be Android 4.4.4, but since it mounts a 64-bit architecture processor and its release date is still unknown, it could be updated to Android L, the next version of this operating system to be optimized for processors of this architecture.
It is expected that despite the mid-range specifications available to this terminal, it will be released by a price close to 300 euros, due to the construction materials that make this range of terminals a few devices "premium".
And what do you think? Would you spend 300 euros on a mid-range terminal and premium materials?
