Just two weeks after the launch of the Google Pixel 3A Y 3A XL There are already problems with the devices.

According to user complaints in forums such as Reddit, both devices have been shutting down arbitrarily for what appears to be a software failure.

In order to turn the cell phones back on, users must do a factory reset, that is to say a hard reset, according to Android Police, who was the first to report the problem. At least one user said, in the Google support forum, that just by connecting the cell phone to a current one will wake up.

However, doing this does not prevent cell phones from turning off again at random, according to user complaints. At the moment, it seems that Google is sending some of the users a replacement device, some users said in the forums.

Google suggests that anyone who is having problems with their Pixel 3A cell phones contact the company.
