At IFA 2014, ASUS presented us with its first smartwatch, he ASUS ZenWatch, a beautiful clock built in stainless steel, with interchangeable leather strap that moves inside Android Wear, the version adapted to wearables of this operating system.
Today and thanks to VR-Zone, we know that this smartwatch reach the market in the month of November, as ASUS promised during IFA 2014, but in a reduced number of units, that is, the sale of this product will be limited. It is not known what is the cause of this problem, since there could be many, from a production defect that must be rectified to problems that ASUS had at the time of manufacture.
What we know is that this affects the volume of sales of this terminal, which after being presented, liked many potential buyers with its design and its attractive price of $ 199 and that not everyone can be satisfied when they want to acquire this new terminal.
For those who do not know, this device mount a processor inside Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, 512 MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory and a screen AMOLED 1.63 inches in 320 × 320 resolution. These same specifications are those that include the LG G Watch R (except the screen) terminal with which to compete for sales, together with the Motorola Moto360, or the Samsung Gear range.
And you? Would you wait to buy a smartwatch of these characteristics or will you buy one that is already on sale?
