It's real CyanogenMod 11 is available for first three devices of the Android One project which was presented just over a month ago by Google.
This is due to a XDA developer,varun.chitre15got root and activate a custom recovery on these devices. He could also with him bootloader, unlocking it and thus having it goes free to install the custom ROM.
The boys of XDA, report that CM 11 is universal and can be flashed in any of the devices presented to date. The only drawback, being the ROM in process, is that it does not support Dual SIM and has connectivity problems via Wi-Fi and / or data packet.
This topic can be very interesting, since the developer community will get great potential if it can squeeze the maximum hardware, which is adequate but somewhat "limited" for a developing market.
