A few weeks ago we learned that Sony was determined to implement a screen with an exceptionally long ratio, 21: 9, in the Sony Xperia XZ4. This meant that it was much taller than wide, even more so than today's longer mobile phones.
We still do not know why Sony has opted for that since the official presentation of this smartphone has not yet taken place, but we do know that it will not be the only one of the firm to carry that type of panel.
Today it is leaked that it is possible to present as Sony Xperia XA3, a mid-range device that will also have a 21: 9 ratio screen.
An elongated display for the mid-range and a different design
Sony has decided to follow its own path in terms of design and has finally chosen to reduce frames without using notch. This has been achieved by reversing the current trend of making the minimum edges with a screen cutout above.
What we see in the Xperia XA3 is a panel with a large top frame and the other three very small. In this way at the top you can put both the screen connectors and the speaker, the sensors and the front camera.
We already saw this design on an Alcatel phone, but in this case it is somewhat more delicate.
Features of the Sony Xperia XA3
Although there is still no filtered data, it is expected that the screen of this model is FHD + resolution and as we see in the rear area, it will have a double camera, and NFC.
He fingerprint sensor It is in the right side area, on the power button, something that will be comfortable for right-handed people but not for left-handed people.
This model is expected to come with the Snapdragon 660 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory. That is to say, it will be a direct rival of smartphones such as the Xiaomi Mi A2, so Sony must be markedly differentiated since we doubt that it will launch at an even similar price. The screen and the NFC can be two key aspects.
The battery will be 3500 mAh and the rear cameras will use a main sensor of 23 Mpx and a secondary one of 8 Mpx.
