A few months after its renovation in the
Mobile World Congress in February, the Moto G line of
has just added the new Moto G8 Plus and Moto G8 Play models, both equipped with triple camera and a wide screen with notch.
In detail, the
Moto G8 Plus is a
which has a 6.3-inch FHD + Max Vision screen with a resolution of 2280 by 1080 pixels, next to a 25 megapixel front camera located in a small notch. On the other side is the triple rear camera consisting of a 48-megapixel main lens with the Night Vision function, another with an 8-megapixel wide angle with a 117-degree field of view and a third 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Inside it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and 4 GB of RAM, along with 64 GB of storage capacity. It has a 4000 mAh battery, accompanied by a charger with TurboPower technology that allows you to restore an autonomous 8 hours of use with only 15 minutes of charging. With the fingerprint reader on the back, the Moto G8 Plus also has an audio port and a USB Type-C connector.
Available in Cosmic Blue and Crystal Pink, as the designs in blue and pink degrad are known, the new Moto G8 Plus will have an estimated price of about 269 euros in Europe from October (about 300 dollars approximately), and then arrive in Australia and Latin America.
With a similar appearance but with minor specifications is the
Moto G8 Play, a model that has a 6.2-inch Max Vision HD + screen with a notch available for the 8-megapixel front camera. The triple main camera uses a 13 megapixel sensor along with another 8 megapixel sensor for wide-angle shots, in addition to having a 2 megapixel depth camera.
The Moto G8 Play uses a MediaTek Helio P70 processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage capacity, expandable with a micro SD card. Use the Android 9 Pie version as an operating system, it has a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging. With audio connector and USB Type-C charging port, it has the fingerprint reader on the back, where the Motorola logo is located, a design that the manufacturer implemented in its latest smartphone models.
Available in red and black, the Moto G8 Play will have an estimated price of 236 euros, about 262 dollars.
Moto One Macro
Along with these models, Motorola also presented the smartphone
Moto One Macro, a computer that has a camera that allows you to capture macro photos at a distance of up to two centimeters from an object, without using additional accessories. It has a 6.2-inch HD + screen and inside it has a MediaTek Helio P70 processor, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage capacity and a 4000 mAh battery. Be available for sale in Brazil, Mexico and Australia at 199 euros, about 220 dollars.
The fourth model presented by Motorola was the Moto E6 Play, the entry version of the new smartphone line equipped with a 5.5-inch HD + Max Vision screen, accompanied by a 13 megapixel main camera, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB storage capacity and 3000 mAh battery. With Android 9 Pie and available in black and blue, Motorola has not confirmed the price of the device.
