Just 1 month and a few days separate us from the Mobile World Congress this year. It is undeniable that we have our eyes on the new best sellers of the biggest manufacturers: HTC present the new HTC One M9, while Samsung will do the same with the Galaxy S6. However, mMuch has been said these weeks before about the possible absence of the LG G4 during the MWC 2015.
Whether presented or not at the MWC, the expectation regarding this new terminal is increasing, especially due to the lack of specific details about it. However, from PhoneArena they have echoed the statements of LG, in which They say they are willing to extend the wait a little longer with the intention of perfecting their new flagship.
An improvement that could come given by its design. In the words of LG, the new flagship of the company will move away from what has been seen so far in the LG G2, G3 or G Flex, to give rise to a partially or completely renovated design, with the intention of carrying out a design that differentiates the rest in terms of strategy. In addition, they conclude the step forward to take the LG G4 in the photographic section, leaving behind its main rivals and launching a camera with a sensor that can reach 20 megapixels, along with a new image stabilizer, which they call ‘advanced’.
Everything indicates that if LG is absent from the MWC regarding the presentation of the LG G4, this could be relegated to the second quarter of the year, probably for April or May. Part of this fault may fall on Qualcomm, and its overheating problems on its Snapdragon 810 chipset, the same as mounting the successor of the LG G3.
In any case, LG’s strategy could simply be based on following the steps already taken with the LG G3 last year., and present it in May to be later commercialized in June or July. And so have absolute prominence in a little buoyant year, compared to the MWC or CES during the first quarter of the year, or in September with the IFA in Berlin.
Will we be able to keep the wallet still waiting for the new LG flagship?
