If you have a Nexus 6P, you are in luck, as we are going to teach you how to test a preview of Daydream in this terminal. The procedure is not simple, but if you follow the steps there should be no problem.
What we need is a Nexus 6P with Android N installed, a Google Cardboard and another Android device that has a gyroscope. All this is essential if we want to start doing the procedure.
To start testing this hidden functionality in Android N, we must activate the USB debug mode on the Nexus 6P. Once done, we must download this application through the command “adb install -r path-to-download / controllerpaint.apk".
When installed, we will restart the terminal and go to the section on Settings. Once there we entered Applications and we look for the Google virtual reality application, to which we must grant all permissions.
Then we return to the applications section and, with the gear button, we look for the special access menu. When we have it, we will make sure it is active in the mens "Do not disturb mode access", "VR help services" and "Notification access".
After all this process, we only have pair the two terminals we have via Bluetooth, activate Google location services and we will begin to use this small application of virtual reality that, for the moment, is only one dedicated to making drawings.
