The World Apple Developer Conference (WWDC) is about to take place. You are probably excited to know what Apple has to offer. So you do not miss any details, we will tell you how to see the WWDC 2019. Although there is nothing confirmed, we already tell you everything we expect from the event. We will probably have a glimpse of the next generation of the iPhones system, reflected in iOS 13; the improvements for MacOS; and even the possibility of a new Mac Pro, a line that has not been updated since 2013.
In Digital Trends We will be covering all the news as soon as they are released. In addition, you can follow us on Twitter (@DigitalTrendsEs), as well as our English version (@DigitalTrends) and its mobile technology editor Julian Chokkattu (@JulianChokkattu). But if you want to directly monitor the presentation of Tim Cook, Apple's executive director, we explain how to watch WWDC 2019 on different platforms.
When does it develop?
The first is the first. The WWDC 2019 will be held at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jos, California, from Monday, June 3 to Friday, June 7. Be a full week of presentations, laboratories and community breakfasts, a full calendar.
The main presentation or keynote It's the one to start everything. The keynote WWDC is where the main announcements are traditionally presented. If you can only see part of the conference, it is the one you should follow. The presentation begins at 10 am PT or 1 pm ET on June 3, and is scheduled to last two hours.
How to watch WWDC 2019?
On iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV
Since it is the Apple event, it is always easier to see it from a device of this manufacturer. If you use an iPad or iPhone with iOS 12 or later, you will find the live broadcast in the official application of the Apple WWDC. You will also find other sessions, as well as the full calendar and news summaries of the ads.
Apple TV users can use the Apple Events application to access the live presentation of the keynote. You will need an Apple TV with tvOS 10.2 or later (usually the second generation), and the application will also give you access to live broadcasts of previous Apple events.
If you follow it from a Mac, you should go to the Apple events website through the Safari browser. As in previous speeches, we hope it can only be transmitted through Safari on a Mac, so make sure your Safari browser is up to date.
On a Windows PC
If you do not own an Apple device and want to know how to watch WWDC 2019, you still have alternatives. Laptops and computers running Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 will be able to access live streaming from the Apple event website.
Other platforms can access the transmission using recent versions of Chrome or Firefox (require MSE, H.264 and AAC). Otherwise, Apple is also likely to stream it from its YouTube channel.
On an Android device
It is quite easy to see Apple events from an Android device. Apple has previously broadcast the events broadcast from its YouTube channel, so you can probably tune in ah when the conference starts on June 3 at 10 am PT.
