A few months ago, Apple surprised not only with the launch of the new iPad Air 2019, but also with the update of its iPad Mini. However, apparently that is not the only thing to offer the company of the bitten apple.
Apple has an ace up its sleeve and at its next event, which will take place in September, show three new tablet models: the fourth generation of the 11 and 12.9-inch iPad Pro and an entry-level iPad of 10.2 inches.
The Japanese blog Mac Otakara, cited by Macrumors, ensures that the iPad Pro will incorporate a triple lens rear camera, similar to the one we will see in the next iPhone. Meanwhile, the standard iPad will get the dual lens configuration available on the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
According to the sources of Otakara, the diagrams of the accessories of the new devices are "turning", although the Chinese suppliers refused to specify whether they are developments of the company itself or will be manufactured by third parties.
Apple has not used dual-lens rear camera modules on any iPad and fewer triple sets, so bringing these multiple sensor systems to three new models will be a great novelty. The last iPad Pro has an individual camera of 12 megapixels, while the recent iPad Mini, iPad Air and iPad have 8 megapixel sensors.
It is also believed that the possible Apple devices will be running the new iPadOS operating system, which was recently announced and arrived to replace the simple iOS, which is now only dedicated to phones.
So far, Apple has been very hermetic and has not wanted to give much information about what to get to its September presentation and possible launch dates, but it is believed that in the matter of tablets there will be changes before the end of the year. The manufacturer has not updated its third generation iPad Pro line since October 2018 and its 9.7-inch entry level iPad since March 2018.
Other rumors also suggest that Apple's next generation of iPhone 6.5 and 5.8 inches have triple-lens rear cameras (wide-angle, super-wide-angle and telephoto), while the successor of the iPhone XR incorporates a dual-lens camera Wide angle and telephoto.
On the other hand, one of the most respected Apple analysts on the internet, Ming-Chi Kuo, has also given some clues to how new Apple brings. According to his predictions, not only will the presentation of the 16-inch MacBook Pro be a fact, but Apple will also present an updated iPad mini, in addition to the two new professional iPads in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Currently, Apple has five different iPad available on the market: the 12.9 and 11-inch iPad Pros, iPad Air, iPad and iPad mini. Taking this background into account, it should not surprise us that a sixth family member arrives.
Nor do we rule out that Apple optimizes its offers, as it did with its MacBook laptops when I suspended the 12-inch MacBook and the last generation MacBook Air.
Apple's next event in September will be full of many surprises, in which we will see its new phones, watch and even more than one tablet.
