To be understood, NPS is a way to measure the satisfaction and loyalty of a customer to a certain brand. The results have been the least curious, especially for Huawei.
OPPO, OnePlus and Huawei among the favorite brands of Indian users
According to the published data and that we can read in different media such as fonearena, OPPO, OnePlus and Huawei are the most popular brands in India, although that does not mean they are the most sold.
OPPO obtained a satisfaction score of 84 NPS, followed by OnePlus and Huawei. However, the brands that sell the most in this territory such as Samsung or Xiaomi so “only” obtained a figure of 63 and 66 NPS respectively. Apple, the company that apologizes for listening to third-party conversations with Siri and taking an example from Google, earned a figure of 68 NPS.
The survey also offered other interesting facts. 52% of Indian users acknowledged that they only have one phone, while 42% said they have two smartphones. On the other hand, Most Indian users revealed that they spend more than an hour a day shopping online with their smartphone and an average of 67 minutes on social networks like TikTok, one of the most popular applications in this country. The report also published that the smart phone industry in India grew by 23.5% between 2017 and 2025.
