Acer present, within the framework of the fair
IFA 2019 from Berlin, its new Predator Triton 300 and Predator Triton 500 gamingrs, as well as its Predator Thronos Air chair, which will arrive in the last quarter of 2019, for 8975 euros.
Predator Thronos Air
It is a gaming stand that includes a chair, a modular desk and an arm for monitors, with a cabin that surrounds the player to facilitate immersion.
Supports up to three screens, being able to manually lower and raise the monitor arm at the player's convenience. In addition, a camera can be placed just above the central monitor, for the transmission of games via YouTube, Twitch or Mixer.
The chair can be adjusted to various angles (130 degrees inside the cabin and 180 degrees outside), including a lumbar massage function, with two protrusions that come out of the backrest and massage the user's back. The desk incorporates an adjustable keyboard and mouse tray, and at the bottom is a footrest.
Behind the chair is a platform to place the computer cabinet, and has a cable management system for storage. It also incorporates a seat stabilizer to prevent the chair from moving during game sessions, a cup holder, a headphone stand, a USB hub and a camera.
It can be purchased during the last quarter of 2019 in Spain at a price of 8975 euros.
Two gamer notebooks
The new Predator Triton 300 notebook stands out for being "thin and ultralight," according to the company in its Next @ Acer event. It has a 9th generation Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics and 16 GB of DDR4 memory at 2666 Hz (expandable to 32 GB). In addition, it supports up to two 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSDs in RAID 0 and up to a 2 TB hard drive.
To keep the games smooth, fast and without latency, it integrates WiFi 6 AX 1650 and a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS screen, with an update frequency of 144 Hz and a response time of 3 milliseconds.
As for the sound, Predator Triton 300 is managed by Waves Nx, which uses last generation physical models "virtually imitating the immersion of ultra high quality speakers in an acoustically treated space," they say from Acer.
For its part, the keyboard allows RGB lighting by dedicated areas and Turbo and Predator Sense keys. In addition, the WASD keys, arrows and functional keys are cncava shaped and transparent.
Predator Triton 300 also features a thermal design with dual fans with Acer's fourth-generation 3D AeroBlade metal fan technology, CoolBoost technology, and strategically placed air intake and exhaust grilles.
Be available for purchase in Spain in October for a price of 1,299 euros. It is dull matte black and illuminated in blue.
On the other hand, the Predator Triton 500 has a 15.6-inch Full HD screen with an ultra-fast refresh rate of 300 Hz to give more fluidity to the movements of objects on the screen. In addition, it has a 9th generation Intel Core i7 processor.
This equipment is designed with a metal chassis with narrow bezels, and weighs 2.1 kilograms. Be available in Spain from November for 2699 euros.
