Double notch, up and down

We have already got used to the notch at the top of the screen but Sharp has taken this to a new level, by implementing one at the bottom to house the fingerprint sensor, which is capacitive and therefore occupies physical space in the framework.

The frames of this model are not especially small although we talk about a high-end terminal, for performance and price.

A maximum level screen

But the most spectacular of this model is its panel, with LCD Pro IGZO technology and a diagonal of 6.2 inches with a resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels.

In addition, for the first time in a mobile we have a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the same as in the iPad Pro, and superior to that of gaming mobiles such as the Nubia Red Magic 3.

Peculiar cameras

Like its predecessor the R2, this model has a camera to take pictures, with a 12.2 Mpx sensor and f / 1.7 aperture and one to make videos with 20 Mpx and f / 2.4 aperture.

For now we do not know its price and it is not known if this model will reach more markets besides the Japanese, but we expect the display technology to be sold to other brands.
