Vodafone Smart Prime, mobile phones and 4G tablets with Lollipop

Vodafone Spain announces the launch of three new terminals with 4G connectivity and Android 5.0 Lollipop. New models designed for tight budgets that want to enjoy LTE speed on their smartphones. We are also presented with the new Vodafone Tab Prime 6, a ten-inch tablet with Lollipop and data connectivity.

Vodafone's goal is to popularize its ultrafast and fast broadband renew the device family of all ranges, offering slightly superior features and standard Lollipop. Let's take a look at the details of each model, and we anticipate that for the price offered they can be a good alternative.

Smart First 6, the entry model

The first model is the Vodafone Smart First 6, a terminal with 3G connectivity, 4 ″ touch screen. A dual core processor and KitKat installed as standard. We have a 1400mAh battery and its price is very competitive, clearly aimed at those who want to have a first smartphone.

It is already available from € 19 plus € 1 for 24 months (€ 43) with the Mini S rate (calls € 0 / min + 900MB for € 11.5 / month). It can also be purchased through portability from € 0 plus € 1 for 24 months with Vodafone One M (30Mb fiber, unlimited calls, 2GB, Vodafone TV for € 54 / month).

Smart Prime 6, the mid-range

The following model fits within the mid-range Android. Its about Vodafone Smart Prime 6, a terminal with metallic finish, 4G connectivity and Android 5.0 Lollipop factory.

Inside we have a generous 2500mAh battery and a 5 ″ HD screen. We have the possibility to expand the memory via microSD and it has NFC for mobile payments through Vodafone Wallet.

It is available through portability for € 29 plus € 3 / month for 24 months with the Mini S rate. There is also the option of Vodafone One for € 0 initial plus € 4 per month. Finally the € 129 prepaid option with € 15 balance or without commitment for € 113.

Smart Ultra 6, the high-end phablet

The third model presented is manufactured by ZTE. It is a phablet with LTE connectivity, 5.5 ″ FullHD screen, 13MP rear camera with Sony sensor and Android 5.0 Lollipop. It incorporates a Snapdragon 615 processor and a 3000mAh battery. We also have NFC.

It is a phablet with more powerful features, located in the mid-high range. However, the official price has not been announced. If we have its availability, it will be from the month of July. A model that if sold for a competitive price like the one we have seen in the two previous models, can be a good option for those who want a cheap but capable large mobile.

Vodafone Tab Prime 6, the 9.6 ″ tablet with LTE

Finally we meet the Vodafone Tab Prime 6, a 9.7 ″ tablet with HD resolution and 4G connectivity to connect to the internet wherever you want. It is a tablet updated to Lollipop, with 1GB of RAM and about 7.9mm that should give a feeling of lightness.
