Earlier this year, Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab S5e, a mid-high-end tablet with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 processor. It is also Samsung's thinnest tablet so far. Now it seems that the main and most capable model, the Galaxy Tab S5, arrive very soon, based on a new list of the test platform Geekbench.

The device that was recently evaluated has the Model Number SM-T865. The reference result shows that you have 6 GB of RAM and run Android 9 Pie. The tablet works with the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Like the Galaxy S10 series. Your score on the performance tests of a single core is 3506while your performance test score of multiple cores is 9788. The latter is a bit low compared to other devices powered by the same chipset, as many of them get more than 10,000 points but it may be because the tests have not been done with a version near the end of the system.

At the moment it is not known what the other features or specifications will be. The 3.5mm audio jack connector may be omitted on the Galaxy Tab S5. Samsung and remove the audio connector of the Galaxy Tab S5e to achieve its impressively slim design. Therefore, the possibility that Tab S5 follows its example is high would be physically similar. The screen size may remain unchanged, but the frames may become smaller.

We are not sure about whether Samsung retrieve the fingerprint reader and place it on the side as in the S5e. If not, we will have to settle for an iris scanner. Finally, when the tablet starts, it must also come with the new One UI interface.
