Google launches a site to test the speed of our connections with Stadia
Google Stadia is the video game streaming service with which they intend to conquer the gamer market
As we have already reported, Google is about to launch the streaming game service Stadia. This new Google service will be launched in November, but now users can now check if the speed of their Internet connection is enough to enjoy the games available through Stadia. To perform such verification we will only have to navigate to the special website created by Google that will tell us the quality of our Internet connection.
Google recommends having at least 10 Mbps for streaming video at 720p at a speed of 60 fps and stereo sound. We must have at least 20 Mbps to enjoy 1080p HDR at 60 fps and 5.1 surround sound. And if we want to enjoy 4K HDR graphics at 60 fps and 5.1 sound we will have to have at least 30 Mbps.
The initial phase of this service will be available to residents of these 14 countries: United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
For once and even if it seems a lie, we will not stand in line waiting for this release.
As soon as the Stadia service starts up we will give you a good account of everything.
Greetings from the depths of the bytes.
