Huawei an has not given an exact date of the launch of its flexible cell phone, theMate X, but apparently the company is already testing it in public.

Richard Yu, executive president of Huawei's consumer products division, was using the public folding cell phone, specifically at the Shenzhen airport and showing it to the camera without problems. The images of the executive were published in the Chinese social network Weibo and reported through captures by the WebGizmochina website. However, the author of them is unknown.

In the images we can see the Mate X in which it could already be its definitive version, although for the moment the company has not given the concrete date for its release to the market.

What we know about the launch date is Samsung's mobile phone, theGalaxy Fold. Samsung, which also was testing in public his flexible cell phone after making modifications to his design, said on July 24 that thisarrive in september, although he did not specify the exact date.

It is possible that Huawei will also launch the Mate X in September since, according to previous reports, the Chinese manufacturer will have delayed its launch in an effort to be "cautious", after Samsung's folding device had to be delayed by presenting problems on its screen.
