The manufacturers industry of cell phones is innovating in different characteristics to solve the problem of the slow progress of batteries. This time, the Chinese cell phone company Xiaomi patent a cell phone 'all screen' that integrates a solar panel in the back.
The patent, which was discovered by the LetsGoDigital portal team, was filed in July 2018 with the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office). The smartphone includes a photovoltaic cell on most of the rear surface that is capable of capturing solar radiation.

This panel will allow the cell to generate its own energy to charge the internal battery. Although the process will take advantage of sunlight radiation, it will not be necessary to leave the terminal in full sun because the result will not be favorable.
As the images illustrate, the photovoltaic cell will be quite thin, enough not to add additional height on the back of the phone. Among the observations highlights that the panel be slightly curved to fit the shape of the rest of the team.
The sketch also shows that the cell phone will not include 'notch'. Although it does not make clear where the front camera is located, specialized media infer that the company could be opting for a screen camera technology.
On the back, the cell phone includes a dual camera module with the sensors located vertically and with an LED flash between the two sensors. It was also identified that there is no fingerprint sensor on the back panel, which will mean that the fingerprint sensor module will be the screen.
