In previous versions of iOS we could directly disable this function to prevent all our devices from ringing every time we receive a call, but in the latest versions Apple allows us to customize on which devices we want the calls we receive to ring or not without having to go device by device deactivating the function.
Just like this function is very useful when we are in front of our Mac, on other occasions it can become a nuisance, especially if we have several devices scattered around the house and start ringing when they call us, especially if the calls are made when the rest of the members of the house are sleeping or watching a movie quietly in the living room.
